TIP: if using a directional paper (one that has an up and down pattern, make sure everything's cut to go the same direction.
CS: card stock
DSP: desigmer series paper
Project Recipe
You will need:
Scotch Tape
DSP: (2) 12" x 12"
CS: (3) coordinating color
Cut as follows: CS
6-5/8" x 10-1/2"
6-5/8" x 9"
4-1/2". x 5-1/4" (top)
DSP:
(4) 4-1/4" x 4-7/8"
top 4-1/4" square
Score CS as follows:
10-1/2" score at 5-1/4" (like a card) long side
score at 3/4" on all sides.
9" score at 4-1/2 ((like a card) long side
score at 3/4" on the 2 LONG sides.
Top - score at 3/4" on 1 short end.
On 10-1/2 piece,: fold & burnish with bone folder. Cut out square tabs on all 4 sides.
On 9" piece cut angles on all 4 sides.On both 10-1/2" & 9"cut out small Vs in center.
On top piece, cut angles on scored end on 2 corners.
Glue DSP square to top piece, avoiding the middle. Use Cut & Emboss Machine to die cut oval in center.
Put tear & tape on 10-1/2" piece on both ends.attach to 9" piece.
Fold bottom tabs in and use scotch tape on bottom of CS.
Trim tab on top of one panel where top will be attached.
Adhere all DSP to the 4 sides.
Flip over.
Put Tear & tape on the 3 scored pieces at the top and fold toward center.
Glue scored side to the other scored piece. Glue other 3 sides and fold top over to secure. Add Kleenex box!
