Project Recipe
What you need:
Base: Designer Series Paper : 8 1/2" x 11"
Front Pocket Insert:
Pool Party: 3 3/4" x 4 3/4"
Basic White: 3 1/2" x 4 1/2"
Back Pocket Insert:
Pool Party: 3 3/4" x 5 1/4"
Basic White: 3 1/2" x 5 1/4"
Options:
Create a tag to fit in the back pocket
Enclose a gift card in the front pocket
Score DSP in half in both directions:
(On the 8 1/2" side, score at 4 1/4"; On the 11" side, score at 5 1/2")
Burnish folds.
With your paper in portrait layout, fold the bottom right corner in toward the center, making the edge parallel to the middle fold.
To create the smaller pocket, fold the upper left corner in parallel with the middle fold, leaving approximately an 1 1/2" between the edge and the fold. (See template)
Cut the left side of the 5 1/2" fold line in to the center.
Fold panel with the small flap to the left, over the right panel (creating pocket).
Fold panel with large flap up, covering the pocket you just created, to create the second pocket.
Wrap the large panel to the back and adhere.
Stamp and decorate basic white sentiment panels and adhere to the coordinating card bases.
Insert in to pockets.
Decorate front of card and embellish.
