Project Recipe
Cutting Instructions:
- Basic White Cardstock: cut 1 @ 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", score at 4 1/4" (cardbase); cut 1 @ 4" x 5 1/4" (inside); cut 1 @ 3 3/4" x 5" (focal point).
- Night of Navy Cardstock: cut 1 @ 4" x 5 1/4" (mat).
Instructions:
1. Basic White Cardstock: fold on score line and burnish with bone folder.
2. Night of Navy Cardstock: if you don't want the background of your focal point (circles) to be Navy use a rectangle die to cut out the centre of the Night of Navy mat, leave at least a 1" border. Adhere this piece to the Basic White Card front.
3. Basic White Cardstock (3 3/4" x 5") stamp your image and your greeting using Night of Navy Classic Ink. Use the 2nd & 4th circle die from the Reaching for the Stars Dies, place the dies one inside of the other and run through the Stampin' Cut & Embossing Machine. Adhere the Basic White focal piece to the Night of Navy mat. Line the cut out pieces up on the stamped image and adhere the centre to the cardbase. Use Foam Adhesive Strips to adhere the outer circle to the card front.
4. Basic White Cardstock 4" x 5 1/4": with Night of Navy Ink stamp a sentiment and the Pelican on this piece. Adhere to the inside of the card.
5. Decorate card front with Iridescent Rhinestones.
6. Basic White Medium Envelope: with Night of Navy Ink stamp the Pelican on the front of the envelope.
