Project Recipe
Dimensions:
Whisper White Thick card base: 4 1/4" x 11", scored and folded at 5 1/2"
Rose Red: 3 3/4" x 5" - need two
Whisper White for frame layer and to cut rose: 3 5/8" x 4 7/8" -need two
Pink Pirouette ribbon: one piece approx. 6" and one piece about 8" to tie into a bow.
Designer Paper to line envelope: 3" x 6"
Cut Whisper White top layer with curved-edge Project Life card framelit.
Stamp "hello" in lower right corner with Rose Red ink.
Cut whisper white with Rose Garden Framelit and Precision Base Plate, rolling back and forth a couple of times through the Big Shot.
Roll the die with the paper still in it with the Big Shot Die Brush.
Adhere the rose to the back side of the framelit with glue dots added to the edges of the rose touching the frame using a Paper-Piercing Tool.
Trim away any parts of the rose sticking out around the frame with snips.
Adhere frame/rose to Rose Red layer with dimensionals in the corners and along the sides.
Wrap flat ribbon around front of rose layer, securing on the back side with SNAIL.
Add tied ribbon bow to ribbon with a couple of glue dots.
Adhere Rose Red/rose frame layers to card front with dimensionals.
Adhere remaining Rose Red layer inside card with SNAIL
Stamp "you made my day" with Rose Red ink on the curved white layer cut out of the white frame for the card front.
Lay the smaller rose thinlet on the corners of the layer. Sponge Rose Red ink through the thinlet.
Adhere layer to Rose Red layer with SNAIL.
Cut 3” x 6” of DSP with largest Envelope Liner Thinlet. Adhere inside envelope just below the glue line using a line of SNAIL ONLY along the top edge of the liner. Fold envelope flap down to crease the liner and push it farther down into the envelope. Stamp/sponge the envelope to match your card and you are done!
