Fold your 5 1/2" x 8 1/4" very vanilla card base at 4 1/4" using a bone folder, and set aside.
Adhere the designer series paper (DSP) to the Island Indigo card stock mat, and set aside.
Using the Dotted Scallop Ribbon punch, punch out a strip from Island Indigo card stock. Note: you only need the little scallop edge so one piece cut into two (length-wise) will be enough for the detail needed. Some may find it easier to deal with 2 strips instead of one cut in half.
Line the edge of the DSP strip with the scallop detail (from the dotted scallop ribbon punch). Adhere the DSP strip to the matted DSP card front. See picture above.
Color the bird frame from the Four Frames stamp set, using Daffodil Delight and Island Indigo markers. Stamp onto Very Vanilla card stock, and punch out using Decorative label puch.
Using the Decorative label punch, punch a shape out of Island Indigo card stock. Cut the punched shape into quarters by cutting diagonally in an x shape. Note: this will be used to "mat" the stamped/punched image.
Apply adhesive to the back of the stamped/punched image and apply the island indigo "mat" to the back, making sure the island indigo piece comes out slightly to create a mat.
Adhere the matted/stamped/punched image to the very vanilla tag.
Add ribbon to the tag and pop the tag up on dimensionals, adhering it to the card front. See project picture.
